Attractive property with potential

BuyBrandenburgPlot

An attractive plot of land measuring approx. 3,000 m² is for sale in the popular district of Milow. The undeveloped open space, within the centre of the village, is accessible via Friedhofsweg and Kreuzbergstraße. There are blocks of flats to the north and south of the planned development sites. An official site plan was created as a basis by the publicly appointed surveyor. There are no urban development statutes or framework plans for the planning area, which is located in the Westhavelland Nature Park. The robinia tree that characterises the area of application is designated as a tree to be preserved. The area of application comprises exclusively traffic areas (roads and car parks), roadside areas (verges) and lawns. There are no other buildings; there is currently only a transformer station. The development of the plan area takes place via the connection of a private road to Bahnhofstraße. The B-Plan area is subject to compulsory connection and utilisation in accordance with the association's water supply statutes. There is a drinking water supply pipe in the eastern area, which may not be built over or enclosed. A connection to the existing public wastewater network in Milow is technically possible. There is a public sewer system in Kreuzbergstraße that is suitable for the piped disposal of the planned residential development. Electric cables are located at the edge of the area of application. A line right in favour of Telekom would have to be organised to secure the telecommunications supply. The areas between the two existing blocks of flats are to be developed preferably with two-storey residential buildings as detached or semi-detached houses. Otherwise, there is no absolute design framework. There are no listed buildings and no protected animal species or vegetation. Green areas are not specified, only fruit or deciduous trees are to be planted on the building plots.

Milow: Location and surroundings of this property

Milow is a district of the municipality of Milower Land in the district of Havelland in Brandenburg. Milow includes the municipal districts of Marquede, Neudessau and Wilhelminenthal as well as the residential areas of Alte Schäferei, Milow-Ausbau and Wolfsmühle. Milow is located on the L963 and directly on the north-flowing Havel. The B102 runs further to the east. The state border with Saxony-Anhalt is approx. 2 kilometres away. The 84 metre high Milower Berg rises to the west. A boat trip on the Stremme or Havel or a walk on Milower Berg offers unforgettable views and plenty of "pure nature". But the Westhavelland region has even more to offer. The natural landscape invites you to enjoy active nature tourism. Well-known cycle routes such as the "Havel Cycle Route", "Tour Brandenburg" or the "Havelland Cycle Route", which have been awarded four to five stars, have one thing in common: they lead through a flat, unspoilt natural landscape and connect towns and communities. The municipality of Milow has around 1350 inhabitants. The infrastructure includes the Inge-Sielmann primary school, the "Zwergenburg" daycare centre, a doctor's surgery, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a branch of the local bank, two restaurants and various businesses, service providers and freelance professions. The area surrounding Milow, the beautiful Havelland, is one of the gems of the Mark Brandenburg. The extensive pine and mixed forests, the Havel with its tributaries and lanken as well as the wet meadows and floodplains offer nature lovers a welcome change from the stress of everyday life.
