Engel & Völkers Potsdam, Brandenburg, Berlin and Rügen celebrate their 20th anniversary

In 2002, Günter Th. Fischer and Engel & Völkers AG in Hamburg signed the first licence agreement for the brokerage of high-quality properties. After the first licence for Engel & Völkers Potsdam Residential and Commercial, various other contracts were signed. Today, our Residential, Commercial and Development Services divisions are represented throughout Germany, including in Potsdam, Kleinmachnow, Brandenburg an der Havel, Ludwigsfelde, Falkensee, Berlin Mitte, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Wilmersdorf, Spandau, Binz, Sellin, Stralsund and Greifswald - with further locations in the pipeline.

This makes us one of the most established, largest and most successful licence partners of Engel & Völkers in Germany. On 22 June 2022, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of our licence partnership with the Engel & Völkers Group in the country side of Potsdam. The event was celebrated in the presence of around 200 employees and guests from the Engel & Völkers network. The past 20 years have been characterised by long-standing employee relationships, a remarkably low fluctuation rate, continuous digital transformations and innovations as well as a constantly changing market. Together with valuable companions and team colleagues who have made a significant contribution to E&V's success today, we celebrated our anniversary in 2022 and looked back on an unforgettable event.
