Home is not a place, but a feeling. A visionary project is unfolding in the urban and historic setting of Potsdam, in the immediate vicinity of the Belvedere on the Pfingstberg. It was planned by the renowned architectural firms Bernd Albers and Petra and Paul Kahlfeldt and by interior designer Sibel Huhn. The KuBuS Freiraumplanung office was responsible for the landscape design. The ensemble of eight exquisite city villas in classic-modern architecture, a homage to the historical design of the residential city, will be ready for occupancy in early summer 2024. An extensive communal garden, inspired by the magnificent parks of the surrounding castles, will provide space for neighbourly encounters in the open air in a green setting. The new urban villas are spread across the site in an open development. They are designed as architectural pairs and share many design similarities, but each has its own special features - for a very special quality of living. The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of flats to suit all individual needs: from two to four rooms, from cozy to spacious, from ground floor with garden area to penthouse with terrace. The well thought-out floor plans combined with the high quality of the materials leave nothing to be desired.
