Stately villa in close proximity to the historic town centre

Single-family housePotsdamGardenPoolSaunaTerraceVilla

This stately villa was built in 1928 on a park-like plot of approx. 1,780 m² and completely renovated in 1997. The beautiful hallway in the entrance area leads into the very spacious living and dining room, which can be divided by a folding door if required. An impressive fireplace and the solid oak parquet flooring in a herringbone look lend the room an extremely cosy atmosphere. A double door opens from the dining room into the large conservatory (approx. 35 m²), which can be used regardless of the weather. With a wonderful view of the garden, pleated blinds to provide shade and air conditioning for the summer and underfloor heating for the winter, you can spend relaxing hours here. The ground floor is completed by a tasteful kitchen, which was only installed in 2017 with high-quality electrical appliances. The large family bathroom with bath and separate shower, two bedrooms and a wonderfully bright study are located on the first floor. The top floor surprises with a spacious studio, an en-suite bathroom and a loggia, which offers you a wonderful view over the property from a lofty height. You will find even more space in the basement of the house. Fully tiled and with a ceiling height of 1.90 metres, the lower floor offers you a HAR, a storage room and a shower room. For relaxation, you will also find a spacious sauna area with a wood-burning stove. The lovingly landscaped garden not only impresses with its size. In addition to a garage for three vehicles, a carport and a garden shed, there is also a solid wooden pavilion by the pool (4 x 8 m). Skilful planting with trees and shrubs offers complete privacy.

This villa from the 1920s has been expertly renovated and now shines as a modern SmartHome. We would be happy to arrange a viewing for you!

Jüterbog: Location and surroundings of this property

This family home with plenty of space and a park-like garden is just a stone's throw from the town centre. Jüterbog, which once belonged to the diocese of Magdeburg, is one of the oldest towns in Brandenburg with a population of just under 12,500. Impressive architectural monuments, such as the town wall with its three gates and seven defence towers, the monks' monastery, the Church of Our Lady, the Nikolai Church and the oldest town hall in Brandenburg, bear witness to the 1,000-year history of this beautiful small town just 60 km south of Berlin. However, Jüterbog not only impresses with its historical charm, but also offers a 30 km network of hiking trails in the Nuthe-Nieplitz nature reserve for long walks through woodland and heathland. For those who would like to be more active, the Fläming-Skate is around 230 kilometres long. Far away from the hustle and bustle of road traffic, the route is smooth, asphalted and car-free on wheels or rollers through the Lower Fläming and the Baruth glacial valley. Numerous cosy restaurants invite you to linger along the way. Shopping facilities for daily needs and a wide range of restaurants in the town centre are within easy walking distance. Day care centres, schools, a music school, doctors and pharmacies, an outdoor pool and many other sports facilities complete the offer for this extremely attractive residential area. The RE3 regional train takes you to Berlin's main railway station in just 50 minutes. By car via the B101, you can reach the nearby district town of Luckenwalde in approx. 17 minutes.
