Your tasks

  • Advertising job vacancies

  • Contact person in applicant management

  • Preparatory onboarding

  • Preparation of statistics

  • Enquiries with health insurance companies

  • Reporting to the management

  • Preparation of references

  • Monitoring contracts with service providers

  • Monitoring deadlines and appointments

  • Professional office management

Your profile

  • Commercial or comparable training, possibly further training as a human resources specialist

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High degree of empathy

  • Discretion

  • Reliable, structured way of working

  • Very good communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team

  • Good manners as well as a confident, friendly demeanour and high service orientation
